Acoustic panels for industrial company, Hasselt
Installation of acoustic absorption panels around a production hall in Hasselt. The company had received complaints from surrounding homes about nighttime production noise.
The challenge
A 24-hour production facility generated noise levels up to 72 dB(A) at the property line. Following complaints from neighbours, the environmental inspectorate demanded measures within 6 months.
Our solution
We installed 200m² of acoustic panels with rock wool filling around the noisiest side of the production hall. The panels were mounted on a steel frame, separate from the building.

The result
The noise level at the property line dropped to 48 dB(A), well within the required standards. The company was able to maintain its 24-hour production schedule.
