    About Noise-Reducer

The Noise-Reducer is a modular sound barrier made of steel and mineral wool. Specifically designed for industrial applications requiring maximum sound insulation, such as battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformers, cooling units, and production halls. The system is quick to assemble, weather-resistant, and can also be used for temporary applications (construction sites, events).

    Characteristics

    • Maximum sound insulation (DLR up to 32 dB)
    • Modular - quick to assemble and dismantle
    • Suitable for permanent and temporary use
    • Resistant to extreme weather conditions
    • Fire-resistant (Euroclass A1)

    Benefits of Noise-Reducer

What sets this barrier apart from standard acoustic walls in practice.

    High insulation and absorption

Rw = 30 dB sound insulation combined with absorption up to DLα 17 dB (cat. A5). Stops sound and prevents reflection, ideal for roadsides, railways, and business parks.

    Lightweight and slim

Only 24-34 kg/m² and an installation depth of max 10 cm. Quick to install with a mobile crane, even to great heights.

    Custom-made

Standard widths up to 396 cm and heights up to 200 cm per panel, customisable. Can be combined with transparent panels, doors, or a concrete lintel.

    Plantable with climbing plants

The mesh nets provide an ideal surface for Ivy, Virginia Creeper, and other climbing plants. Becomes fully green in a short time, filtering fine dust and reducing CO₂.

    5 standard RAL colours

Plastisol plate in light grey (RAL 7038), anthracite (RAL 7016), jet black (RAL 9005), dark green (RAL 6007) or metallic (RAL 9006). Other RAL colours and a wood grain finish (SA version) on request.

    Maintenance-free & 25+ year lifespan

Galvanised steel frame (EN 1461), recyclable mineral wool core, and fire class A1 (non-combustible). Completely maintenance-free without vegetation.

    Noise-Reducer Wood

Give your sound barrier a warm, natural look with a front in thermally treated wood, on one or both sides. The acoustic performance (absorption + insulation) is fully maintained.

    • Applicable to all Noise-Reducer types (SA & DA)
    • Single-sided or double-sided wooden front
    • Thermally treated wood: durable and ecological, naturally preserved by steam and heat, without chemical treatment or biocides
    • Weathers beautifully to a silver-grey or retains its warm tone with maintenance
